Writing Contests!

I’ve become quite interested in entering fiction writing contests, although only the free-to-enter ones.  Of course, I do pay a small entrance fee for the Accentuate Writing Contest, but it is so worth it!

Writing short stories and submitting them to writing contests seems less horrifying than actually submitting to magazines and ezines.  The expectation of rejection is a bit higher.

Before the end of March, I need to write two short stories for the Accentuate contest, an ‘unusual tale’ for an anthology contest, and one short for the On the Premises contest.

I’m a busy girl!
